NUSDOM Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or use

Final sale, discounted, or limited edition items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Authorization Required Before sending your item back, you must request return authorization by emailing us at support@nusdom.com or submitting a request through our Contact Form. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Process Once your return is approved:

  • You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval

  • Include the original item and proof of purchase in the return package

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

6. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nusdom.com with photos of the damage. We’ll do our best to make it right.

NUSDOM reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

NUSDOM Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship We currently ship orders to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Most international countries, excluding high-risk or restricted regions*

*We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen.

2. Shipping Methods & Fees We offer two shipping methods for U.S. domestic orders:

Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days

  • Orders under $75: $6.95 flat rate

  • Orders $75 and above: Free

Expedited Shipping
Delivery Time: 2–3 Business Days

  • All orders: $12.95 flat rate

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

4. International Shipping We offer international shipping to most countries. Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping is not available for international orders

  • Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their country

5. Shipping Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

In the event of a delay, we will notify you and provide a new estimated delivery date.

6. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Delivery Issues If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first

  • Contact us at support@nusdom.com within 48 hours for further assistance

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
