How do I place an order?
Simply select your item, choose the size, and click “Add to Cart.” Then follow the checkout process to complete your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so we may not be able to change or cancel once it's confirmed. Please email us at support@nusdom.com immediately if needed.

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International: Varies by location

How much is shipping?

  • U.S. orders under $75: $6.95

  • U.S. orders $75 and over: Free Standard Shipping

  • Expedited: $12.95 flat rate

  • International: Calculated at checkout

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. We currently do not ship to high-risk regions like North Korea, Iran, and a few others.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How do I request a return?
Email us at support@nusdom.com or fill out the form at nusdom.com/contact for authorization.

Do you offer exchanges?
Not at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
